Through the efforts of the Schneider/Hauschild/Oversen team, college fees were capped and now colleges and universities are required to post all fees online, keeping students aware of what they will have to pay. They also introduced legislation to freeze tuition. In a time of great budget surpluses, we should not be asking North Dakota students to pay more.
